 You will receive a printable voucher with your desired amount within 24 hours after purchase! Optionally, you will receive a voucher (approx. 18 cm x 12 cm) on high-quality linen paper and a matching envelope sent to your home (shipping costs included). 

  • General voucher conditions

    Excerpt from terms and conditions: 

    • The voucher can be redeemed at www.kristinheldrung.de.
    • The voucher and any remaining credit can be redeemed up to the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased.
    • The voucher can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.
    • The voucher can only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase additional vouchers.
    • Voucher credit is neither paid out in cash nor does it earn interest.
