By purchasing a fabric design from Kristin Heldrung - Illustration / Design by Kristin Heldrung, you agree to the following terms of use:

• All illustrations are the property of Kristin Heldrung (Kristin Heldrung - Illustration / Design by Kristin Heldrung). 

• Kristin Heldrung reserves the right to use the illustration for self-promotion, e.g. on social media such as Instagram and Facebook. 

• By purchasing a fabric design you acquire usage rights; all copyrights remain solely with the designer Kristin Heldrung. Parts or elements from the fabric designs may be used by Kristin Heldrung for other projects or products.

• All fabric designs can be used commercially and privately for an unlimited period of time, exactly in the combination of color and motif. The designs may not be changed. By purchasing you acquire a commercial license and non-exclusive usage rights. The fabric designs may only be used for printing on fabric. Clothing and yard goods may continue to be sold. The fabric designs may not be changed or passed on (only to the fabric printer).

• It is advisable to have a test print made to check for color and seamlessness. Kristin Heldrung is not liable for damage or defective material. Kristin Heldrung is also not responsible for any color changes caused by the printing company.

• Depending on the screen/device, the colors may be displayed differently.

If you would like a fabric design from my shop or custom made just for you, please contact me! Depending on the time required, costs may apply for an exclusive license.

With the "exclusive license" you are granted private and commercial use for a fabric design by Kristin Heldrung. 

​

• The fabric designs can be used commercially and privately for an unlimited period of time, exactly in the combination of color and motif. The designs may not be changed.

• The license number corresponds to the order number associated with this purchase - the buyer is therefore the licensee. A transfer or passing on to third parties is excluded.

• Please include the addition “Design by Kristin Heldrung” in your applicable product descriptions.

• The"exclusive License" is unlimited in time.

• The"exclusive License" is can be used in German-speaking countries (DE, AT, CH).

• The licensee acquires theexclusive rights of use in private and commercial areas, which means Kristin Heldrung will not resell the design. 

• The"exclusive License " is unlimited in time.

• The fabric designs are digital products and are therefore excluded from the right of return and exchange

• No liability is assumed for errors in the data and any resulting costs.

• The licensee assumes liability and warranty for the products printed with the file.

• Both contractual partners recognize and agree to the license conditions mentioned.

• If the license conditions are violated, the license expires automatically.

• All violations will be prosecuted.
